Happy New Year!!!!

well as the final hours of 2008 wind down, I hope every one has a safe night and that your year has been a good year despite hard times on many people. This year has been a good year and I hope that it has been for every one out there. thanks for you all out there that has stayed with my and followed my blog. I really don’t know how many people are actively reading the blog but it has definitely slowed way down. so thanks and have a wonderful 2009

Christmas

hope every one had a safe fun Christmas. well I was going to tell you about a cool Christmas story but the computer froze and now I am frustrated. but any way for Christmas our family got the game “rock band” for the wii. and it is total fun. it is like guitar hero but it also has a drum set and a microphone accompanying the guitar and bass guitar. so the hole family can play. her is a pic. I am on the right playing guitar, our family friend to my right is playing bass, my dad is playing the drums, and Riley of course is singing because he is the only one brave enough to humiliate him self.

For Christmas I also got a snazzy new fancy watch, and a new backpack. I also have taken up another instrument the harmonica. I got a nice one I am starting to learn. It is fun but I don’t think that my family will let me play near them for awhile. hope you guys have a good Christmas break.

snow

well lately the weather men have been really teasing us in the weather forecast. they keep saying yea there will be 5-6 inches and that there will be more accumilating over night . but right now it is not snowing it is raining. the only time it snowed was this morning and we got a snow day. but now all the roads are clear and we cant have our christmas concert tonight that all my family was going to go to and see my first public jazz band solo. we had the first night of the concert last night and that was fun but all my family was going to tonight. Last night was fun thought , I am different than most teens and I love to dress up in a tux and my fedora and play music. last night I had the hole 1930’s mob or gangster look going on. I will try to get a pic on here asap. any way yea it is fun for me to dress up formally. But on the good side there is not enough snow to affect the jazz band gig tomorrow at fire mountain gems (a international bead supplier) we are playing at there Christmas party. I have heard that they are stoked for us to come they got posters up and advertisement for us. It shall be fun. one other sort of cool thing is that they NEVER let ANY civilians even close to there head quarters and we get to go inside!

back to weather It has been soooo cold up here, like really cool, like teens and twenties. going to school in the morning our car doors are frozen shut and the grass breaks when you walk on it! well all I am hoping for is a WHITE CHRISTMAS.

digital age.. wow

the things that you can now do with the new technology that we have to day is amazing and proving this is my digital photagraphy class at school. I can do sooo much with photoshop it is amazing. some examples are.. this pic is a pic of venis anf the original picture had a blan overcast sky but in photoshop I fixed that by giting another pic of a cool sky and put it in seamlessly! one other cool pic that I minipulated is this one…
